                                      Towering behind the Nirvana Dolce Vita Hotel,
                                      Mount Tahtalı is one of the closest and highest
                                      mountains to the sea on Earth. Strabo, the renowned
                                      geographer of the ancient world, chronicling the
                                      cities and cultures of that era, referred to this majestic
                                      mountain as "Mount Solyma". Mount Tahtalı is also
                                      known as Mount Olympus. In those times, similarly
                                      lofty mountains captivated human attention, leading
                                      to their designation as Olympus, signifying the lofty
                                      abode of the gods.
